A few Things to Understand

The Three Bead System

• Most Hunters have a sting of beads somewhere on them. The beads inform the Hunters what level threat is nearby. Level 7 is the weakest while Level 0 is the strongest. Keep in mind that a Level 4 Vampire would be stronger than a Level 4 demon for example.

Weapons and Who They Belong Too

• Hunter weapons have names; at least most of them do. To prevent any confusion, here is a list of weapons, what they look like and who they belong too. The list is in alphabetical order unless the owner has more than one weapon.

Terms

• There are just a few terms that need clarification so that we are all on the same page. This is in no real order.

Elite

-They are beings with powers and they can’t die unless killed by battle or some similar nature. They have youthful bodies and have white hair and gold eyes to signify their status. The Elite represent the side of light.

Fallen

-The Fallen are those who are born half Elite. They have white hair but unlike the Elite they have different colored eyes. While the Elite have gold eyes the Fallen’s eyes are of a different color. They have a one power at their disposal.

Vampire

-They live off the blood of their victims and need to in order to get stronger. Though they are mostly active at night they can live fine during the day though their power is weaker. They are the moon to the Elite sun.

Dhampir

-They are half vampire and half human. If the mother was a vampire the offspring would be a Dhampir. Dhampirs have the choice whether or not they choose to drink blood or not. They look human but have red eyes.

Demon

-They are half vampire and half human. If the father was a vampire the offspring would be called a demon. Demons are dark creatures that do not head the will of anyone. They will kill for the pure pleasure in it. They often lose their human appearance and take on frightening forms.

Blood Vampire

-If the blood of a vampire and his victim mix the person becomes a vampire.

Ghoul

-A ghoul is what is left over from a vampires feeding on a human. Once the human has been drunk dry the body is under control of whoever vampire drank their blood. They are essentially zombies. Once humans enter this stage, they can’t be brought back. They can take up horrendous skeletal forms.

Hunters

-They are those who hunt the various creatures in the world, not just vampires or demons but rampaging animals. There is an underground organization that keeps track of the monsters and sends out assistance to cities and villages for a price.
